No thanks. When I create a skin I do it for my own self. But if I were to ever release skins here then you best believe that I would include a percentage of PSD files and would ensure the buttons are all in english (This is an english only forum) it is all about respect - respect the people you are releasing your works to and the majority of them will in turn respect your copyright rules.

Anyway, the skin is nice. I am usually don't download any skin files w/o PSD as I am not a web designer. LOL.
