Condition to control when adsense appears

I need condition to exclude adsense when there are less than 2 posts.

To explain why, I have my adense placement after the first post and also at the bottom just above the Quickreply position. If a thread only has 1 post, then the letterboards ads appear one after the other. I need a control that does not show the second ad block if there's only a single post.
