Add-On Releases - Increase / Decrease Thread View counts

This hack will Increment or Decrement the Thread Views figures on a thread. UserIDs with permission to use the hack and the amount by which to inc / dec are specified in the AdminCP.

Useful if you wish to make a thread look more or less popular than it actually is. Inspired by the incredibly useful Bump Threads hack.

Instructions:

1. Install Product
2. Set options in "vBulletin Options", "Increment - Decrement Thread Views" in AdminCP.
3. Click "Mark as Installed"

Also tested as working on 3.5.4 - should be ok on all 3.5.x
Also tested as working on 3.7 Beta 5 - should be ok on all 3.7.x

Trouble Shooting
If you are having issues with this (or other add-ones for that matter) try modifying the execution order of all plugins associated with this product from the default "5"
to "6"
