mute user in thread

I am searching a modifikation to close a thread only for a spezial user. For all other users it shouldn´t be closed.

I want to "mute" some users for a speziel thread if they don´t stop to flame ... but I don´t want to ban him for the hole forum.

Understand what I mean?^^

Would be nice if this would be possible...
