I used to have this on my old vbulletin version, but now just can't seem to find it anymore.

My request is very simple: allow everyone to see the thumbnails of attachments (guests, banned, registered, new groups, etc.), despite any permissions.

you would really help mr out with this one (y)

anyone got an idea how to enable permission to view thumbnails for all usergroups?
