Would it be possible for a product to install a completly new skin on the board?

I am working on a skin project and the skin requires a fair few plugins that make it work. I am wondering if it is possible for a product file to install the skin at the same time as the plug-ins.

Not that I am aware of. The last time I did this i packaged it up as the graphics folder, the style xml and a product xml and in the instructions advised what to do with the different files.
