Navbar (only links) + login/pm/welcome......

Anyone that knows EXACTLY what code I need for the navbar links and the login/pm/welcome screen to work perfectly?
I have a feeling that I've missed something, as only: FAQ, MEMBER, CALENDAR and MARK FORUM AS READ???? ..shows when I go to my forum without being logged on.
And when I DO log on, the menu does not change except that it shows a link I've put there myself in addition, as it is conditional set for my usergroup..

Very strange.

And the LOGIN part doesn't change to the PM/welcome part.
Everything else on the forum changes to logged on though.

I only accept answers from somebody who KNOWS for sure, and that has moved these two parts of the forum to somewhere else on their forum (as in a template above the header template or whatever)
