Database Backup on external server (Xdrive)

I would like to back up my database daily on an external server (Xdrive), which uses username and password access. I was told on vBulletin.com that there was 2 scripts available on this forum that would automate the process (both of them using chron scripts) and at least one of them would ship the back-up off the server (vBulletin) to another server (Xdrive).

I searched the forum but couldn't find any of the 2 scripts.
Would any of you guys know where I can find them?
