Im looking for a plugin/product that automaticlly splits a thread when it reaches a certain size

e.g.
Thread has 50 replys, someone goes to post a new reply, it then automaticlly makes a new topic with a title like "Long Thread [part 2]", and has a link in the first line of the post to [Part 1],

Im sure ive seen this somewhere, but I cant seem to find it anymore

Not the only one, I do remember seeing something ages back, but have been unable to find it more recently.
