Default How to get Signatures working, and Usergroups
1. Signatures on my forum www.zempire.net/forum aren't showing

2. Is there a way to get a USERGROUP to moderate a forum, so that anyone added to it becomes a moderator of that forum, check the Forum Leaders to see why I want this.

Hi, you give permissions to users use signatures?
