Modifying Breadcrumb

I would like to know if it is possible to modify the breadcrumb to hide the top level forum but leave the subforums displayed?

I've tried this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=122069

But it seems to only hide the subforums only. Any ideas? Thank you.
