Repair templates after removing mod

I have a few mods I installed and since removed.
While the mods were installed I also made some manual edits to the template files.
When I deleted some of the mods, they left files behind in my templates.
How can I remove these files from the templates? I don't see a way to simply delete one part of a template. I can't revert because of the other manual changes that were made.
