prefix all urls to pass through a link checker?

i was looking thru the forums but i cant find this...

i want every link that is posted in the forums to pass thru a page for tracking.

so if a user posts a link say to:

http://www.google.com/

that should be automatically changed to:

http://www.mysite.com/redirect.php?url=http://www.google.com/

does this exist? seems like it should
