NEED HELP... plssss

Any advice on how to fix the problems I'm facing there?

When I view the site on firefox it looks fine but when Its on IE it shows up as you see here, banner is allover the place so many [x] everywhere.....

I need to add buttons as well I think the X's r from buttons any advice on how to add buttons please guys

Surely this is a image problem, not a vbBux/vbPlaza problem?
Check if you actually have the images on your server.
