Change forum URL

i would like to shorten my URL and did everything they told me to do at vb.com but when i tried to go to the forum a blank page pulled up.


the reason is because of this:

4. You have a bad plugin installed. To disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

if i disable my plugins they work but i want my plugins...how do i figure out which plugin is the problem?
