Is there any way to force a prefix to a thread title in one (not all) forum?

meaning:
I have forum xyz on my board and random people post in there.... people who don't belong in the group the forum was created for. I would like any thread created in this forum to have the prefix "XYZ MEMBERS: "

anyone have an idea on how I could do this?

I'd be interested in something like this too.

Every thread in specific forum must match a pattern like "NAME OF THE THREAD.. whatever [REQUIRED]"

The part inside of the [] would be the required part, at the end of the title.
