Custom Login Code??

Hello I am this code this login form that would let people from the Main site login to my vB through the main site. But I want it to show stuff like PMS's Profile stuff after login in from the main site (Replace the Login form with that stuff after login in). How can I do that?

P.S I use plain php coding I don't use a CMS or anything like one.
