Modification

Hi all

I have a little problem that I want you to help me with.

I want to modify my Vbulletin forum by adding a banner that should appear on all the pages on the forum. The banner shall be on top just above the table.

I also want to resize my table (that shows Announcements,Last post, Threads, Posts)Leaving a space on the right that I shall use to show links to other sites.

Can anybody help me with that. I will be so grateful.
