Nothing Happens after install - HELP!

I have followed the instructions to the letter and imported the product. After everything is installed I can't find the arcade menu in my admincp. I have uninstalled the product and re-installed the product.xml file, overwritten the files and folders to thier proper directories. I dont see the arcade link on the navbar either.

Can anyone give me some ideas on what I have done wrong?

I am running 3.6.0 and have chmod 777 to my arcade folder and all of its subfolders.

make sure you have uploaded ALL files even the /includes folder as this is the AdminCP menu ect.

refresh the whole AdminCP after installing the product to make it show up

Thanks alot, I dropped the xml files in the wrong spot, (go figure).

I am having another problem, after I finish a game it goes right back to the forum homepage and says "cannot retrieve scores" and it does not show any score for that game.

Any suggestions?
