How to add CSS rules ?

Hello,

What is the best way to add CSS styles ? I can modify the headers of VB so that they will ask for a custom CSS file. This solution means that for each page there will be an additional HTTP request.

Are there any better approaches ? How do you people handle this ?

You can add additional CSS commands via the style editor in the Additional CSS Definitions section....

...that's where I normally start...
