Wanted: Very Strict Anti Spam Addon

Hi there,

I am looking for someone who could code a little add-on which does the following:

If a users postcount is 0 and the first post contains a url (checking for http:// within the message is enough) then show some error message that the user has been banned and move the user to the banned user group.

I receive more than 100 spam posts per day (from pills to p0rn) so I have to be that strict.

Please let me know if someone is up for this job - I would even pay a few bucks if someone can handle this quickly.

VB Version is 3.5.4 and I would prefer hardcoded functions which I will insert to the files in question myself.
