A little more info please. Is this a global lock thread hack or indiviual config for each thread?

No you can choose forums where it will lock the threads.Though suggest some more options

oh, then, there was a hack for this. I used it in 3.5
Would be great to have single threads setup with this option.

Do I put forum ID or Thread ID? I would like this hack to work on entire forum sections, not individual threads. Is it possible to make it work that way?
