hack request: totals as images

ok, the idea is to count members and threads etc at the top of the board within images, for example hit counter uses images to count, would it be possible to create a hack like this? if so is anyone gonna do it?

Wouldn't it take loads of images to do this?

humh doesn't matter now, i thought it would be cool for design sites to have the counting as pixel images.
