Automatically bump topics with 0 replies after 12 hours

I thought this was a pretty good idea and the hack will be greatly appreciated by many. Topics with zero replies are not a good thing to have so this is very usefull for admins and members.

The bump doesn't need a post, it just needs to bring it back to the top and in the 'new topics' list so members will see it and hopefully reply.

Would you like these to automatically be bumped in the sense that the date posted is changed (therefore bumping it up)?

Yes I believe that would be the best solution. Obviously not all zero reply topics should be bumped.

Sticky and closed topics should not be bumped, also topics older then x hours/days should not be bumped (admin can change x).
