Defult skin & new post questions

Hi all I have 3 quick questions that I hope someone can help me out with.

My first is, how do I set one of my skins to be the "defult skin"? We have 5 skins currently and when you log in, it takes you to what should be the defult skin but if you click on any of the forum links it changes the skin on you. I'm not sure if I have something screwed up somewhere, but I have no idea where I can even go to change it. I had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to get the skins on there in the first place.

Secondly, some of my skins wig out on the who's online box. When I look to see who's online & where they are within our forums, it says somethign simular to this: Unknown Location
/images/styles/xmass/gradients/gradient_thead.gif
Any ideas what I have messed up on that & how to fix it?

And last but not least, is there a way to add the New Thread button into a thread. What I mean is, once you click on a thread and you read it, all you can do is click post reply. There isn't a button up there to click to start a New Thread. If you'd like to start a new thread you either need to click the forum name up on top or you need to hit the back bar. This is something many of my members hate, and so do I, so any help you can give is much appreciated!
