Give users more power - integrate with another hack?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a hack that will allow users to have a little more power.

Right now I've installed the "Groan" hack, which lets users "groan" at other users for a bad post (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=129975)

but is there a mod of some type already out there that will take all of my users actions into account?

Such as:

UserA posts a stupid post or starts a stupid thread. Everyone hates it. Instead of a mod comming in and cleaning it up, the users would simply keep rating that post down and, if enough users rate it down, the post would delete itself... and if too many posts/threads by that user get deleted the user gets banned.

That way people could unite to get rid of unwelcome guests and bad posts.

I have a system that doesnt actually delete the post but collapses it so that threads can be kept on topic and modertated by the users.

That is kind of what I was looking for, but honestly $80 is too steep for something that is meant as a friendly gesture to my users. Looks good though.

I know I would sell it for less except that its a limited release since i dont want every site looking like mine.
