Ignore Function Request

I have 2 moderators who are fighting, I have suggested to each to put the other on their ignore list, the only problem is we have the board set up where users cannot ignore Admins/Mods...

Is there a query or something I can run to add the other to their ignore lists while still not allowing the rest of the membership to ignore Admins/Mods???
