A way to make a post robot post articles gradually?

I have about 100 articles that I would like to post in several different forums. Is there a hack or mod that would let me post these articles gradually over the course of a couple weeks? Kind of like an RSS news bot that posts news articles once a day only this would post articles that I already have?
