Need a photo uploader

i been looking around for sometime for a decent secure uploader for forum members to store their photos.

i currently use the Tuan do uploader but want to get a different one.
i have looked at the photopost one but it seems like it may be more than what i need. i just need it to store photos and be able to control bandwidth usage for each member or groups.

does anyone know of one?

isnt that something to edit images? i need something where members of my site can store them and host them.
