How do i install vb 3.6.0 gold back??

Hey Guyz,
Currently i am having vb 3.6.2 version installed on my forum , but i want to switch back to 3.6.0 gold as it is a stable version....
can anybody tell me how do i do that?
do i need to install the whole forum again?
coz i dont want to loose my databse and stats

Plz help me out as soon as possible
