Using the calander as an appointments diary

Hi guys, My forum is a medical one of sorts (Physiotherapy). I like the simple calender but would love it if someone decided to make a plugin that enabled more of an appointments book style to this so my users could actually use it as an online booking system.

The ability to show a few colums per day would be cool and to be able to name who the columns are for. Also someway of printing out the daily appointments and even synching it to a pda etc would all be awesome.

An option to make this a premium service on the forum that you could charge a token amount for would be cool as well, say like $2 a month of something simple to assist with more robust hosting for such a feature.

I really feel this could be a great money spinner for someone if they make a starting point and then people like me can pay to have additional features added.
