Mini Mods - Threadmanagement in Quickreply

Seen in previous Versions but missing in this (so far)

Here it comes, the small and handy stick unstick open close Quickreply Checkbox

If there's already another solution, I'm sorry didn't found

And, I have to admit, im not quite familiar with those xml plugin kind of thing...
so I did it very old school textfile diy be gentle with me
