Point and Reward System?

Hi there,
I remember seeing on a forum, chiptalk.net, that they had a point system in place where users were rewarded say 1 point for replying to a post, 3 points for starting a thread, 5 points for referring a user, 10 points for a written review etc etc. They us VB there as far as I remember, I'm just wondering what mod will allow this and if there is more than one, which is the best one out there?
