Close/open threads automatically (certain times)

[Despairing]

I don't know whether there is already an hack which can close and open certain threads (for example a thread for members who want to talk to each other in a certain thread) for certain times.

For example the above-mentioned thread is closed automatically between 3 o'clock AM until 12 o'clock PM by the hack. And the hack open the thread at 12 o'clock PM until 3 o'clock AM.

I need such an hack, please.
