sub forum question

ok dont know if its teh right place to post but how do i add a subforum so its viewable on my main forum? instead of inside a sertain forum section? like the mini forum thing you see on the main page any help would be great thanx.

Iam Looking for this everywhere i couldnt find this Sub-Forums Help ! anyone here !!!! know how to add this subforum ?
