Timed Stickies by Zoints - Automated unsticking of stuck threads when YOU want
Developer Last Online: Apr 2009
This modification allows you to stick a thread until a specified time. Once the specified time is reached, the thread is automatically unstuck. Simple, but extremely useful if you're like me and forget about stuck threads for 6 years until someone finally complains.
Installation Instructions 1. Upload the file located in the /upload/ directory of this release to its respective location in the forum. /upload/includes/cron/timedsticky.php => <forum directory>/includes/cron/timedsticky.php 2. Import the product file "product-zointstimedsticky-1.2.5.xml". AdminCP > Plugin System > Manage Products > [Add/Import Product] 3. Smile and stick 73 threads just because you can. Official support will take place at http://network.zoints.com in this specific forum. Changelog 2008/05/1 - 1.2.7 -CSRF Protocol Compatible 2006/10/19 - 1.2.6 * Date fix Show Your Support

Do you have a team of vBulletin coders locked away in a deep, dark basement where they're forced to code for food or something? Jeez.
![]() Yet another "Zoints" mod that goes on the install list... |

Tested the mod on a thread, set it for 9:00 PM to unstick... 9 came and went and the thread was still stuck. Clicked on "Change Timed Sticky", and it was not set for 9:00 PM, it was set for 5:00 PM.
Set another thread for 10:00 PM, and when I clicked "Change Timed Sticky", it was set for 6:00 PM. Is GMT a factor somehow? I'm kinda confused...LOL

Hmm. Is your server time different from your personal time?
*edit* I see the issue. We'll have a fix up ASAP. |

Yes, my server time is different from my personal time, but only by one hour.
As far as GMT... it's -4 hours (until next week when it changes to -5) And yes this GMT crap has always driven me nuts LMAO! Will await your fix. Thanks a bunch.

Couple questions:
1. Will this work for 3.5.x versions of VB 2. Does this use permissions? If now is this planned? |
