I would like to set my forums sub forums like they are here how to i do this?

First Create a Forum

Add New Forum
--Title: Testing
--Description: Nothing or ur choice
---Act as Forum: No
Click "save"

Than click "Add New Forum" again
--Title:Testing 1
--Description: Testing123
--Parent Forum to "Testing"
Act as Forum: Yes
