warrning ur user from some bad attachments

its just to let ur user pay attention about what are they downloading from your forum as a few text near the attachments to warn them to scan it and ...ect...

Get mod look very good and full of information since i like it i took a screen shot for people to see before using this is a shot of the post when a file has been attached.
