Changing Skins

Hi,

I currently am using the default skin for vb 3.6.2 but very soon i will be updating to a custom skin although problem is i have modifiyied the templates of the default for hacks/mods ect i was wondering if there is a way to start using the custom skin without having to edit all the templates again.
