Default forumdisplay.php error msg - plz help!

Agh - please help! I don't know what I did, but clearly I messed something up. My web address is www.virginiareia.com/forum and if you try clicking on "Who's Who" forum, for example, you'll see the mess I've made. If you know how to help or at least if you know where to direct me to for answers, please do so!

Thanks!

PHP Code:
Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/content/r/e/v/revolveopp/html/virginiareia/forum/forumdisplay.php(106) : eval()'d code
Line: 212
the other error is when i try clicking on a post:
PHP Code:
Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated - argument passed by value; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of convert_bits_to_array(). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file. However, future versions may not support this any longer. in /home/content/r/e/v/revolveopp/html/virginiareia/forum/showthread.php(103) : eval()'d code on line 677

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/r/e/v/revolveopp/html/virginiareia/forum/showthread.php(103) : eval()'d code:677) in /includes/functions.php on line 2480
I've gone to those lines within those .php files and can't figure it out. I'm new at this and am so frustrated. Any help would very much be appreciated!
