Miscellaneous Hacks - Hit Counter

Right now this is just a basic page hit counter that collects some information about the users such as browser and ip. It also has an addon in it to work with my multiple sections hack if you own that to track page views per section. I will be working on expanding this hack to much more then just a simple hit counter in the end.

This will work on 3.5 if you remove the executionorder="5" from the product file.
