is vb 3.5.4 still safe?

Is vBulletin 3.5.4 still safe at the moment? I have already applied that 3.5.5 patch when it came out but i dont have time at the moment to upgrade to 3.6.2.

If you are running 3.5.4 and have applied the 3.5.5 patch, then yes it is still safe.
