Im currently uploading a new skin to my site, Once everything is uploaded to my root directory;

Would all the hacks and plugins be available in the new skin?????

or

I must re-install the hacks / plugins etc, to the new skin??????

No unless the hacks required template editing.

you will not have to re-install the hacks but you will need to re-do the template edits

Yes, templates are the HTML codes for the forumdisplay, forumhome, postbit etc
