What does this hack do?
It will simply display the amount of usernotes posted for a member since their last visit.

Does this display all usernotes posted on all members since the last visit? eg If a mod has posted a usernote on Member A, Member B and Member C, when I log in I see 3 usernotes since last login, I click it and it shows me the usernotes (or the members). If that's how it works, it'll come in very handy.

No, every member would see 1 usernote, since they got 1 note after their visit.
This is for displaying for all new usernotes you've gotten, not the ones which have been posted in total.
