I want the registered members (newbies) can download attachment photo files, but NO attachment video files (restricted for advanced members use).

correct me if im wrong but can't you do this with usergroup and setting up the attachment permissions?

In usergroup>registered users, if I enable "Can download attachments" they will can download all attachment files type. :hurt:
