Is there presently a modification that associates users to all used email address's?

For an example... Right now I can view all IP's that a user has logged onto my site with. Sometimes people will register, reply to the confirmation email, then change the email address to something invalid. I'd like to have a log of all previously used email address's.

Also, how about something that alerts you as to when a member makes changes to their profiles?
