Creating a new user via datamanager with and md5 password

Hi,

Does any body know if it is possible to create a new user using the user data manager with a password which is md5 encrypted. I know that it is possible to create a new user using the datamanager and supply the new users password in the clear. However I am trying to add a new user whose details are stored in another database where the passwords are stored in md5 form.

Is this possible?
