Search icons instead of search box: how to do ?

Hi,
i use aqua-skin with vbulletin 3.6.1
How to insert your tb_search icons instead of search_box gif to allow me to insert all the icons on the same line ?
(i need a vbulletin of 780 px)

There's a way to reduce also the space for the site_logo to allow to move all icons on the left side ?
