Changing License

Hi,

I am about to sell off one of my community forums, however I am not including the vB license as a part of the sale and the new owner would need to use his license instead.

So how would it work ? Should I just ask him to overwrite his vbulletin with mine or how ?

I really have no clue on how to go about it so any advice would be helpful.

Where you have the site licensed as in the member area...
I think thats the only thing you need
Could be wrong.
