Making user name size smaller?

Hi,

I was just wondering if there is anyway to make members names smaller
in threads Without making the staff names smaller?

Some of my members have 20+ letters in their names and its stretching the board

Perhaps try editing the bigusername CSS via the Style Manager and then try adding
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"> </span> Username HTML Markup via the Usergroup Manager.
